Relief contains 50 mg of InnovaTea® Caffeine from Green Tea. This is equivalent to around half a cup of drip coffee. The caffeine in Relief focuses on alleviating that head-pounding feeling. We also include 100 mg of l-theanine, which helps reduce the jitters associated with caffeine.
